Solid brass, sprung, Lichfield Bell Pull With Blanking Pulley. Gothic revival style.

Available in three finishes; aged brass, blackened brass and aged nickel. Our blackened brass finish replicates the wrought iron finish, so popular with country properties, but avoids the problems of rust.

Each pull comes complete with its own return spring which locates, out of sight, in the wall and ensures that the pull returns to its set position each time. IMPORTANT – Please note that this return spring is only suitable for double cavity (or thicker) walls.

Also included are: matching internal blanking pulley, plastic dust liners, nylon cord, screws, raw plugs and fitting instructions. 720mm (H), 102mm(W). Projection 67mm.

To compliment the bell pulls there are two internal bells the flower and lady design which are available as seperate items.

We offer a two tier delivery system. Palletised deliveries and standard courier deliveries. Our palletised deliveries include cast iron radiators and cast iron fireplaces, and standard courier delivery which includes our period door furniture. Items such as kitchens are variable and we quote this separately. Charges to remoter parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales can attract a surcharge.

We advise our customers to read this section as palletised deliveries are there to generally to deliver large and heavy items and its best to be prepared so ensure the delivery goes smoothly.

For International deliveries we provide a bespoke delivery quotation, please feel free to place your order and we will contact you with the delivery costs or alternatively contact us before you place your order for precise delivery costs.

Palletised Deliveries

Our palletised deliveries will be shipped by an independent haulage company using a HGV. When shipped using this method the haulage company will attempt to deliver pallets as close as possible to your main entrance, usually to the closest hard-standing area. The drivers are not contracted to remove items from the pallet, or to carry items into the customer’s property due to their insurance. Clients should warn the Company if there is restricted access, or gravelled driveways etc.

Cast iron radiators and cast iron fireplaces are very heavy items and usually need 2 strong people to move them, the larger radiators may need more.

The customer must make sure there is someone in the house on the agreed delivery date. We can arrange for the courier to call you 1 hour before delivery. Our standard delivery times are between 9am and 5pm for timed, and/or Saturday deliveries which can be arranged at an additional charge contact our office to arrange. The Company reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee should a redelivery be necessary. Cast iron radiators are very heavy, please ensure that there is sufficient manpower to unload the pallet.

Standard Courier Deliveries

We mostly use DHL/UK Mail, DPD and TNT/FedEx for our deliveries. The products we ship using this method are generally able to handled by 1 person. You should be in to take delivery on the agreed date, however if you are out the courier will leave a card for you to contact your local depot to make arrangements.

Please be aware you must inspect the goods for damage prior to signing the delivery notes. If for what reason you are unable to inspect the goods sign the sheet as unchecked.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Please note:
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. Bespoke and made to measure goods are non-returnable.
3. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
4. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
5. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
6. We have 14 days in which to issue the refund, however generally this is within 2/3 days.

Faulty Goods / Errors

We work carefully to ensure that all our items are delivered in the safest possible way and that they arrive to you in perfect condition. In the event that your item has arrived damaged or if there is an error with the item you have received, please email us within 3 days of receipt to advise.
